Welcome to Time to Chillax

Welcome to my new blog, Time to Chillax. I hope you will find my posts useful and maybe even try some of my ideas and suggestions at home with your own children. I have practiced relaxation, meditation and mindfulness with my own children over the years and believe me it's extremely rewarding and humbling knowing that you are helping your child to develop skills that will help them to develop self-confidence, build emotional resilience, and increase their happiness and optimism.
Time to Chillax is a program that I have developed to use in early childhood settings. You can also use it at home and modify it to suit you and your child.
